Arabica from the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, in which the typical hints of Brazilian coffees are enhanced: the pleasant sweetness of dried fruit, especially almond, is accompanied by notes of caramel and bitter cocoa. A coffee with medium intensity and body, which leaves the palate pleasantly clean.
